This cut-and-paste script and mini-tutorial presents text surrounded by three changing glow colors, while also shifting the vertical and horizontal layout for a striking animation effect strongly resembling neon light displays. Colors, dimensions, and rate are all settable. An easy install.

Status bar Maker is an online tool and code generator, and is probably the easiest way of creating top-level and fully customized status bar effects. Status bar Maker works in Internet Explorer 5+, Mozilla and Opera 7+, and generated scripts works in all browsers. The use of Status bar Maker and generated JavaScripts is free of charge for personal and commercial use.
