The system is in daily use in a production environment and has over 15,000 entries in one instance alone. The setup is straightforward and the documentation detailing the basic features is included on the website. The software runs on Linux but should be portable to windows due to JSP portability. If anyone runs it on windows Id be interested to know this. Customisation of the look & feel is CSS and easily implemented.
