Email Resolver

EmailResolver allows you to validate email addresses much more effectively than simple syntax checking. It signficantly improves the quality of email addresses that you collect and compile. EmailResolver achieves this in 5 steps: Checks the syntax of the email address; Looks up the domain of the address to see if it exists; Retrieves the mailservers that are valid for this address; Queries the mailservers to see if the email can be verified, and if not; Sends a proto-message to the mailserver to see if the mailserver would accept this email address. Together, EmailResolver and PasswordCheck make the job of accepting valid new members a breeze.

MailSender

MailSender v.1.0 is a simple application for sending email using CDOSys with basic attachment support from a form. It can be modified to fit in with your existing code or used as a stand-alone application. An advantageous feature of CDO.Message is that it allows you to specify the senders email address. Useful if you are not actually logged in, or without access to, your email accounts; you can still quickly and conveniently send messages from any address.

The script bellow is written in VBA 6 (You can use it in Visual basic 6, Excel, Access, ...), you can simply modify the script for VB Script or VB.Net. You will need P3Admin.dll, P3Store.dll, Pop3Auth.dll, Pop3evt.dll, pop3perf.dll and pop3snap.dll DLLs (registerred using regsvr32)
