This forum has to be one of the best flat-text forums out there. storing all information in 1 file so backing up the database is easy. DOES NOT REQUIRE sql. but does need PHP4. So many features come packed with this board, unlimited catagories, unlimited forums, swear filter, bbcode, html disabled, post count status, lock threads, password a forum, new topics / replies since last visit and much much more. The engine (backend) is MyAtomDB currently at version 1.2

Variable table names allow to install more than one board in one database. It includes a setup script, so you just need to know how to set file permissions for installation.
