2. DOMIT! RSS Parser
DOMIT! RSS is an RSS parser for PHP. It is written purely in PHP, and therefore does not require the installation of any PHP extensions. Unlike most existing PHP RSS clients, it uses a DOM XML parser -- DOMIT! -- to convert an RSS feed into a DOM document that can be traversed using the standard DOM methods. DOMIT! RSS is able to parse all flavors of RSS feed, and its API is designed to work identically across all versions. Its caching mechanism saves a local copy of the RSS feed and updates it only at specified intervals. It is able to detect certain types of non-compliant XML and repair it. The lightweight DOMIT! RSS Lite is available for users who wish only to extract title, link, and description elements from a feed.

3. CGI Perl XSLT processor, xsltp.pl
Xsltp.pl is a pure Perl XSLT parser. It requires XML::Parser and CGI packages (very likely you have them) and version of Perl higher than 5.6.0. The program was designed for use as a server which can accept user request, output result and save data on the local disk. It uses HTTP protocol built in the processor for passing the parameters to XSLT stylesheets.

4. JS XML Document Reader
If you have sections of your web pages that are frequently updated, such as a table of links, or you have advertising, announcement, or message spots that change, it can be easier (by far) to simply change one file instead of dozens or even hundreds of web pages. Now, you can do such with ease using XML while having no dependance on server-side scripting. That is why I created the JS XML DOCUMENT READER. It can make updating and maintenance much simpler for you.

5. JSXML
A set of JavaScript XML tools written with the goal of speed, simplicity, and minimal code. A parser that doesnt mind if you throw 2000 lines of (well-formed) XML at it, a unique builder that invites the coding of GUIs (graphical user interfaces) around it, and an iterator that makes costly recursion unnecessary. Ive released it under the LGPL (its free for private and commercial use, no strings attached).

8. MinML
MinML is an XML parser written in Java. It was written to be used in embedded Java systems where storage space is at a premium. The code is quite compact, but MinML was also designed to minimise the heap space used by the program when parsing a document. MinML does not support DTDs - MinML reads and ignores DTDs, and Mixed content - this is not allowed. Supported features are: Attributes, Empty elements, Entity references, Character references, and CDATA sections.
