FarODP is a FREE script that enables you to add live data of the Open Directory Project at dmoz.org to your own website using a highly customizable and very easy to customize template based system. Lets your users browse and search categories of websites. This script is very easy to install, you just have to upload this script to your server. This script supports thumbnails of websites, cache files to text files or MySQL database, filter adult categories and searches, world category character sets such as French and Chinese characters, and decide if the external links open in a new window. This script can be search engine friendly mode - search engine friendly <title>, <h1>, Meta keyword and description tags, and mod_rewrite. This script has more features than similar scripts called phpODP and DWodp. For example, phpODP doesnt support world category character sets, DWodp is not completely customizable, and other scripts doesnt support world category character sets and thumbnails of websites. It also includes an advanced script that deletes all the cached text files that are created older than the specified number of days.
