Capture and save any screen picture or text on your computer screen, convert images to JPEG images, embed text messages directly into images, add date/time to your capture, and print any screen. You can also capture pull down menus on other applications, convert an entire folder of images into jpeg images with one click, print the contents of folders, and copy any images into the windows clipboard. A variety of other options are also included for printing, saving, cropping (capturing an area of the screen), or even editing screen images. There is even an option for selecting different jpeg compression levels for those who want to save more space, and you can also embed text transparently over your captured screens. No extra run-time files are needed. (Runs on ALL Windows systems). |

ScreenGrabber is a simple program for creating screenshots from the PCs desktop and its content. The whole idea of the program was to make it as simple as possible, yet usefull enough for most people. I have been using lots of different programs to create screenshots with, Ive even used the PrintScreen button and then pasted the image into Paint or other graphics programs to then save it. But I thought that was kinda tedious. So I came up with the GeoTrail ScreenGrabber. The program isnt 100% finished as of yet so major changes will probably be done to the coding and layout before its final release some time soon. A few extra features will also be added, amongst those planned are audio when a file is captured and saved. Ability to save captured image with different user specified filenames, including different file formats.
