mcRefer

mcRefer allows your visitor to send up to three friends at a time an email message referring your site. Optionally you can receive a copy of these recommandations. Installation is automated and a password protected admin panel lets you configure all parameters via Web.

v-ine is a referral service program that allows users to recommend your site to their friends using their own messages. The webmaster can receive notices of all referrals, including the custom message your visitors may send to their friends. New in 1.5: now allow users to simultaneously recommend your site to many friends.

CJ SendPage

On a specific page (usually an article) you insert a link to this script, it takes the address (URL) of the page with the article on it and sends it to a visitors friend so they can enjoy what is on the page. The script allows the visitor to add additional email content in the form box, if however the box is cleared and sent - by default the form will just send the page address. This script is very customisable, however you do need a good knowledge of HTML and PHP to include it within your web pages but dont worry if you havent because it comes with very easy configuration using a stylesheet.
