1. Folder Cache

Lists the recently used and favorite folders in open/save dialog windows and Windows Explorer. You can access this list by pressing the Folder Cache button, which appears in most "Open..."/"Save..." windows near the "Folder" listbox, or with right mouse click in Windows Explorer. Now you can make alias for folders in Favorite List, set whether to show original folder icons in folders list or not, open Folder Cache through the system tray icon.

Make use of Outlooks Free/Busy information when scheduling appointments without buying the expensive Exchange Server. This exchange server alternative allows you to view the busy times of your co-workers. If you use Outlook in a small office, youve probably wished more than once for a way to use the scheduling features. It just doesnt seem worthwhile to drop a lot of cash on the Exchange Server when there are only a handful of employees. There are alternatives which make use of IMAP folders, but these can be hard to deploy. Free/Busy Folder is a viewer program which allows you to remotely interact with your co-workers schedules.
