The angrypig helpdesk is an efficient helpdesk system with call routing and notification which supports, in a production environment, some very large US based companies and is used, for application support, by a European government It has a role based structure with an inbuilt administration module and different data views / capabilities based on user roles. The system is in daily use in a production environment and has over 15,000 entries in one instance alone. The setup is straightforward and the documentation detailing the basic features is included on the website. The software runs on Linux but should be portable to windows due to JSP portability. If anyone runs it on windows Id be interested to know this. Customisation of the look & feel is CSS and easily implemented.

This is a helpdesk written by Network Administrators for a Windows Client network. It uses PHP and MySQL, as well as WMI. It features an automatic inventory program that works with all WMI compatible clients(2000,XP by default, WIN9X/NT with add-on). It is still being actively developed as it is in use on the creators network.
