Gif4J PRO for Java is a Java-based GIF image processing library for reading, writing, watermarking (in toto and alone frames), transforming (including scale, resize, rotate and flip operations) animated and non-animated GIF images. It also supports text rendering, morphing filters to generate amazing animations and image tours, GIFs comments manipulation and ImageIO API. Gif4J includes a fast and qualitative java color quantizer supporting 8 modes of operation.

2. Net Imaging
|
This applet allows the user to process photos within a browser: crop, rotate, resize, adjust brightness and contrast, etc. The processed image can be uploaded to the server in JPEG format. The applet allows the webmaster to define image constraints: aspect ratio, minimum, and maximum dimensions. The applet is compatible with JDK 1.1 and the most popular browsers IE, Netscape, Firefox on Win and Mac platforms. The download package includes a documentation for developers and examples in PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, JSP. You may try the applet at the products website or install it on your site for evaluation.
