1. Image Thumbnailer and Converter

Create thumbnail images, convert images, create webpages automatically, adjust image sizes, rename files a folder at a time, and more. You can also automatically create webpages of thumbnail pictures, which open full-sized pictures when clicked. When creating thumbnails, a picture preview window is included to continually show your new photo image as the size is being adjusted, and you can instantly calculate new image sizes with one button click. You can create thumbnails based on a percentage, or create thumbnails based on an exact pixel height and width. This also has the ability to convert image types a folder at a time, and you can also use the photo viewer to view all your images as thumbnails. A jpeg compression option is included to help save even more space on all jpeg images, and a complete, built-in image viewer includes zoom-in and zoom-out features, along with full screen view. Another feature is the ability to rename files an entire folder at a time based on various options you choose, including adding prefixes and suffixes, changing all file names to uppercase or lowercase instantly, and more. (Runs on all Windows systems.)

5. PHP Thumbnailer
|
This script automatically determines whether your GD Library supports GIF or JPEG images. The thumbnails are directly output to the browser in extra frames. The advantage of this method is that no temporary pictures are needed, the downside is that the pictures themselves cant link to the big images and your browser needs to support frames. This script also works if your pictures file names contain special characters. The data entered at the configuration site is saved in an external configuration file. The script also features a navigation bar on the left which shows the directory structure of the server and lets you select directories with pictures which will be displayed. The navigation can be hidden. Needs Apache Webserver installed to work.
